Ethical Code of the International Association “Alliance Top Association”
Preamble
The Ethical Code of the Alliance Top Association (hereinafter — the Association) reflects the fundamental values, ethical principles, and standards of conduct expected from all members. It serves as a moral compass, reinforcing integrity, excellence, and responsibility in every professional action.

By accepting membership, every individual agrees to uphold this code, promoting a high standard of personal and professional behavior, while contributing to the Association’s global mission.
1. Fundamental Values
Members of the Association shall embody and promote the following core values:
  • Integrity — honesty, transparency, and consistency in actions and decisions;
  • Excellence — striving for the highest professional standards and continuous self-development;
  • Responsibility — awareness of the impact of one’s actions on society, the environment, and the global professional community;
  • Respect — recognition of diversity, cultural differences, and equal dignity of all individuals;
  • Collaboration — openness to cooperation, knowledge exchange, and mutual support across fields.
2. Professional Conduct
Each member shall:
  • Maintain the reputation of the Association by acting with dignity, discretion, and professionalism in all public and private interactions;
  • Promote innovation and ethical leadership in their respective fields;
  • Avoid conflicts of interest, and disclose any potential risks or affiliations that may compromise objectivity;
  • Refuse to engage in plagiarism, fraud, corruption, manipulation of data, or any form of intellectual dishonesty;
  • Respect the confidentiality of information entrusted to them within the Association or through professional engagements.
3. Respect and Inclusion
Members shall:
  • Treat fellow members and partners with courtesy, fairness, and without discrimination based on gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, or professional background;
  • Foster inclusive dialogue and multidisciplinary exchange;
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, bullying, or abuse of authority.
4. Commitment to the Mission
Members commit to:
  • Actively contribute to the activities and strategic vision of the Association;
  • Support the dissemination of knowledge, mentorship, and leadership development among peers and the next generation;
  • Participate in Association events, initiatives, and expert panels when invited or selected.
5. Use of Association Resources and Identity
Members must:
  • Use the Association’s name, branding, and resources solely in ways that align with its objectives and with prior authorization from the Council;
  • Not speak or act on behalf of the Association without proper delegation or written approval;
  • Respect all internal protocols and intellectual property policies.
6. Ethical Oversight and Enforcement
  • Any suspected violation of this Code will be reviewed by the Ethics and Conduct Committee;
  • Violations may result in a formal warning, suspension, or expulsion, subject to the decision of the Association Council;
  • Members have the right to appeal disciplinary decisions in accordance with internal procedures.
7. Final Provisions
This Ethical Code is binding for all members from the date of their admission. It may be reviewed and updated by the Ethics Committee and adopted by the Association Council.
