1. General Provisions
1.1. The International Association "Alliance Top Association" (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") is an international organization uniting highly qualified professionals from various fields, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the United Arab Emirates, Emirate of Dubai. The Association was founded on January 19, 2021.
1.2. The headquarters of the Association is located in Dubai, UAE, with the right to open representative offices and branches in other countries to fulfill its goals and objectives.
1.3. The Association is a non-profit organization, but has the right to carry out commercial activities aimed at achieving its statutory goals, including organizing paid events, providing consulting services, publishing, and delivering educational programs.
2. Goals and Objectives of the Association
2.1. The Association was created to unite top-level professionals and facilitate the international exchange of experience, knowledge, and innovation across fields critical to global development.
2.2. The primary objectives of the Association include:
2.2.1. Uniting distinguished specialists and experts from various industries to jointly address pressing international issues;
2.2.2. Supporting and promoting innovative technologies and projects that have a positive impact on society and the economy;
2.2.3. Establishing a global platform for professional communication and interdisciplinary interaction;
2.2.4. Strengthening international partnerships and cooperation with leading organizations and expert communities;
2.2.5. Forming internationally recognized professional and ethical standards;
2.2.6. Hosting major international events (forums, conferences, seminars, round tables, master classes) to facilitate knowledge and experience exchange;
2.2.7. Creating and developing international expert groups conducting analytical and research activities in key areas of science, technology, business, and culture;
2.2.8. Publishing analytical and educational materials aimed at enhancing members' qualifications and professional development;
2.2.9. Protecting the professional and personal interests of its members at both international and national levels;
2.2.10. Supporting the career advancement of its members by providing access to unique professional opportunities, training, mentorship, and growth.
2.3. The Association aims to play an active role in addressing global challenges, contributing to sustainable development goals and improving quality of life through the advancement of education, science, technology, and culture.
3. Membership
3.1. Membership in the Association is granted exclusively to individuals with outstanding professional achievements, international recognition, and a proven contribution to the development of their field. Candidates must exceed the average industry level in qualifications, accomplishments, and influence, supported by credible sources.
3.2. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
3.2.1. Minimum of 5 years of confirmed professional experience in executive or expert positions;
3.2.2. Presence of international or national awards, patents, publications, participation in major projects, or membership in respected professional bodies;
3.2.3. Proven contribution to the advancement of their field (e.g., innovation, unique solutions, academic or scientific work, recognized leadership);
3.2.4. Written recommendations from at least two current members of the Association Council;
3.2.5. High ethical and professional reputation;
3.2.6. Commitment to actively participate in the life of the Association, including events and initiatives.
4. Structure and Hub System
4.1. To foster interdisciplinary cooperation and professional focus, the Association operates through a system of specialized hubs. Each hub functions as an autonomous professional community within the Association.
4.2. The Hubs of the Association include:

Beauty & Wellbeing Hub
Mission: To advance contemporary standards of beauty, care, and wellness through science, technology, and sustainability.

  • Aesthetic medicine professionals
Creativity & Art Hub
Mission: To promote creativity as a tool for cultural diplomacy and social transformation.

Science & Technology Hub
Mission: To foster scientific breakthroughs, technological advancements, and global scientific collaboration.

4.3. Each hub is led by a coordinator appointed by the Association Council. Hubs may organize their own events, projects, and publications in alignment with the Association’s objectives.
5. Admission and Expulsion Procedure
5.1. Admission process:
  • Submission of an online application with CV, portfolio, and recommendations;
  • Legal and ethical review by the relevant committee;
  • An interview with a Vice President;
  • Closed vote by the Association Council. A minimum of 70% approval is required;
  • Formal inauguration at an official Association event.
5.2. Grounds for expulsion:
  • Voluntary resignation by the member;
  • Systematic violation of the Charter or ethical standards;
  • Prolonged inactivity (two years or more);
  • Decision of the Council with a minimum two-thirds vote.
6. Activities of the Association
6.1. The Association carries out its activities through:
  • Organizing international events;
  • Creating professional and research groups;
  • Educational and mentoring programs;
  • Publishing and media initiatives;
  • Consulting and participation in global initiatives.
6.2. The Association promotes transparency, sustainability, professional solidarity, and cross-cultural exchange.
7. Financing
7.1. The Association is financed through:
  • Membership fees;
  • Voluntary contributions;
  • Grants and sponsorships;
  • Commercial activities in line with its statutory objectives.
8. Governance Bodies
8.1. The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of the Association.
8.2. The Executive Body is the Association Council, which includes:
  • President
  • Two Vice Presidents
  • Accountant
  • Legal Advisor
  • Hub Coordinators
8.3. The Council is elected for a term of three years. Its powers include strategic leadership, decisions on membership, budget approval, initiatives, and partnerships.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. Amendments to this Charter require a two-thirds vote by the General Assembly, based on a proposal by the Council.
9.2. The official working language of the Association is English.
9.3. The Association operates in full compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable international regulations.
